seemingly shot down over Ukraine - ****'s soon to hit the proverbial fan with this one ( I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it's a 'false flag' scenario to escalate the the situation in East Europe)

albeit tragic either way

these ****ers do that sort of thing to escalate tensions albeit they do like there numbers though - 'Date 17/ 7 Flight 17 plane 777 -then again maybe I'm just silly conspiracy theorist ... another tragic loss of life either way

 

****ing horrific this, just been watching with my jaw dropped.

This will finish the airline, a ****ing great airline as well, but they won't be able to keep afloat, more questions than answers at this stage I'll be watching this on intently.

So much ****ed up **** happening in the world right now, it's scary, it seems the Russians are selling arms over the border, and it isn't gonna get any prettier anytime soon.

It's a hideous situation and it's on the verge of exploding.

This is a situation the world needs to get hold of but it's Russia, and people are terrified of Russia.

There's talk that the US have strong intelligence of Russia selling arms to the pro-Russia Ukranian fighters, but they are standing back, hands in pockets, whistling.

It could go so bad this situation, it's on thing with Afghan, with Iraq, but this is Russia and they can be a threat to anyone. Scary.

Do the Americans want to get involved though?

This will be a fascinating thing, you know they've been sharp to jump in in the past, I'm not getting into the debate about their reasoning as it's a question with too many factors and potential answers, but ****ing hell, the world can't sit back and let this happen, Russia, Ukraine & the Gaza strip, this is a ****ing major world event, they both are, people have to step in and try and stop it.

America, 'most powerful nation on earth (TM)', well, how can this be allowed to go on?

The potential connotations are genuinely terrifying and could, no will, affect the whole world.

 

Pretty damning stuff mate, of course we don't wanna end up involved, but ****ing hell man, we will be.

Just read that there was an Emirates and a Turkish Airlines flight in the airspace at the same time, so we can be thankful that only one was brought down.

 

This is the thing, the capacity to escalate on a world scale is the worrying bit, for these events to happen suggest the world maybe out of control, like you say, scary

So it was clearly picked off then, ****s sake, 296 innocent lives, for what, my theory is starting to become this, we made a plane dissapear and no military action, we'll blatently blow one out of the sky, what you gonna do suckers!

How can you defend against a nuclear attack?

My opinion is they have been involved and instigated the whole situation - right from the start with political posturing of offering Ukraine EU/Nato membership to agent provocateurs in situ in the Crimean region - the Yanks cannot be trusted no more than the Russians, and to be truthful it wouldn't surprise me if the Yanks shot the plane down

That looks like a very reasonable thought, doesn't it? But why target Malaysian Airlines, from a completely neutral company, when Russian Aeroflot flights are flying overhead?

If it was Ukrainians, surely they'd take down a Russian plane, pointing back to Russia.

Well, you can know it's coming, but how you stop it, I don't know. If all I've ever read about nuclear fallout is true, to intercept it would surely mean someone else was getting the fall out?

Bit early for that mate, but it would be naive to rule it out altogether.

Realistically, neither Russia nor Ukraine are looking to rule the world, as it where, so probably not. But if US go in, and Russia retaliate, then who knows where it could escalate to.

 

and as a side note I wouldn't believe any mainstream media to tell me the 'news' BBC SKY CNN RT Al Jazeera et al as they're all corrupt ****ers that are Corporate owned that are paid to tell us their version of the news and we are told not to think about the real motives: money and outcomes - war is big business and many sick ****ers make a fortune
