Hard to tell really Mick as I doubt many of us (me included) are in a position to say exactly what they have done in their careers and what marks them out as being better than any other candidates. In fairness i suspect that if any of them have not been outstanding in comparison to their peers they'll be no different to some of the men who also got promoted.
