I know you display a severe lack of ability to read properly quite frequently, but I have quite clearly stated I do not want to stand.

I did however nominate Erik. He'd be awesome.

 

erik would be appreciate such a great leader as myself, I would only cast my vote for you but as you are standing down, I shall envisage the power to be a leader you'd be truly proud of

 

I think we should have elections for all moderator positions.

 

Im hoping we got 3 or 4 votes, depending on how many mods we need. This is also in the insane hope we're going for a totally fresh start Mod wise.

You, Erik, Ben and OLM would be the dream ticket.

 

Why don't the people who are opting out of the vote just wait and see how the vote goes before they do so...

They may be surprised and do better than they are presuming they would.

 

So, you consistently complain about the number of CTWD members as mods, apparently making the board worse for people like you, yet you yourself won't stand?

I will put Erik's name down, he was the main one I forgot.

 

I reckon Ricardo and OLM would be shoo ins, but should be tested by a vote. As for the other two mods that will only come to a vote if either of the incumbents have the decency to resign and put themselves up for re-election. This is of course entirely up to themselves. We do have other serious offers for the moderator role.

This is why Macca should not be a mod. Already acting like one and far too much of an eager beaver to remove his "rivals" from the poll and replace with "spoilers"

I'm not opting out of it for that reason, I'm opting out of it because I'd be constantly battling the 2 chuckle brothers. Plus I can't be arsed being more of a target for a few that are obsessed with me on here.

I hope the forum will come out of this ok, and will continue to provoke debate, controversy and have major arguments etc, but will also be a home for people who don't just agree with a small vocal minority. It really is the best site for a mixture of views and opinions, despite the best efforts of a couple.

 

Because if he's not moaning about how unfair it all is, he has **** all to say, and if he himself is a mod, he will have no one left to whinge to.

 

You are already a target so what's the change? If DMD puts up with it, so should you.

 

What the **** are you on about?

How am I eager to remove my rivals? And replace them? I simply wrote a list and asked if I missed anyone off - those who I missed, I've put on. Those who don't want to do it, I took off. Not ****ing hard to work out is it?

 

I wouldn't mind Erik either. OLM, Ricardo, Macca and Erik for me.
