I think his value on the open market has crashed over the last few weeks. Chelsea did very good business there,

Having already spenbt £25mill cash on him and then bought back the player they included in the transfer for £25mill they really did need to make big money on the transfer. But yeah, considering he clearly wasn't a Mourinho type player and his form for the club was largely average it was a brilliant deal they got for him.

The problem is if we sell Paulinho to Juve,we will help Man Utd out,as Vidal will be able to join them

We spent around 40 million on Darren Bent, David Bentley, Alan Hutton. PSG will likely get better value and a better return from 40 million on David Luiz then we got from them three players so while Luiz is overpriced for his ability, all PSG are concerned with is what he offers their team and luiz does have talent and I would expect him to be a star in the French league.

Cavani wants to come to the EPL.

I think he would be good for us.

Maybe if we go for Rodriquez too we would have a good line up.

That's the two from Brazilian Division 2 side Vila Nova just to avoid any confusion.

From what I could gather from the web in three minutes:

There is no malaria vaccine, so you can't take precautions, other than being careful not to be born in an area with malaria-infected mosquitos. If you have not taken this precaution, whether you get malaria depends on luck, your ability to avoid mosquito bites, and possibly natural resistance.

With proper treatment, it seems a full and fairly rapid recovery should occur, though this seems to depend on which strain of malaria you get. Victims may relapse because the vaccine "hides" in their liver. Also, full and rapid may or may not mean able to play a normal PL season.

I think it's also possible that any attack may be the result of an earlier infection.

Why is there no vaccine? Well, despite the fact that a couple of million people get this often fatal disease every year, they're almost all poor people from uninfluential countries, so the medical establishment's response has been <whistle>

Luckily, real doctors can diagnose much better than some kind of computer algorithm.

Just like real brokers can usually beat the market.

One of the "ITK twits" as boss would call them, is saying that Tevez is being looked at, but would be difficult to do a deal.

Origi has been told that if he signs for us, he will be part of the first team. - he doesn't want to go back out on loan, which is currently a concern of his. Liverpool also interested.

Schneidlein wants to join up with Poch again.

gylfie and daws' moves, (or lack of) aren't down to them NOT wanting to go, it's because gylfie wants Swansea over palace and daws doesn't want to go to hull and would like to keep his options open.

Pinch of salt an' all that, but something to discuss <ok>

I think Schneiderlin is the business for what its worth. Athletic, good on the ball and solid defensively, he's been in English football for 6 years so we know he can do it in this league AND he has worked with Poch in his system. Yes we have a lot of options in the DM 'double-pivot' role right now but he's an upgrade on all of them IMO. I'd happily see Paulinho and Dembele move on to permit a move for him. Origi I'd personally be wary of as signing players on the basis of a World Cup is a dubious business at best. Anyone know if he's ever been scouted by the club before the WC?

Our LB situation needs sorting soon too for me, the rumours on Davies have been quiet for a while now and while obviously that doesn't mean that nothing is happening I'd hope to get things tied up ASAP, whether its for him or another target.

I'm not convinced Origi is better than Kane--who certainly took advantage of his chance last year, incidentally. I'd prefer a (healthy) Ade, Lukaku, Benteke, Remy or Bony.

Tevez doesn't seem like the craziest thing I've heard this year, for some reason. The only way he'd be worth it is if we got fourth with him, and I don't see it happening. He's one of those mercenary's mercenary types like Hazard, which is why he may be available. On the other hand, I guess if you could write a contract for him that was 90% based on us finishing fourth...

On the ladies side we have signed a new keeper, Toni, Ann-Wayne.

To make the game more popular I have decided that the tops
should be tighter and maybe should be drenched in water for the 2nd half, remember
players can get dehydrated very quickly so a novel way to counter this serious problem without
    disrupting play for drink breaks.
Hair styles should be more glamorous , look at the world cup coverage, the constant
picking out of femme fatales in the crowd was the highlight of many a game. May I just add
I am very disappointed with skys prem league coverage . When they find a women they tend to overweight,
past their best and you wouldn't go near them with a barge pole. This tends to spoil the entertainment for many.
In the the spirit of equality only pretty ladies should be shown or not at tall .
Socks should be discarded so we can observe the length of the leg . Shorts should hug the rear as this aids movability .
During a penalty shoot out maybe the Benny Hill music should be played for added drama .
These simple changes would bring in a far more diverse public a bit like Top of the Pops, not everybody was into
the Punk, Glam, Funk, Prog, New Wave, Brit Pop, Rave, 2 tone, etc. Many a discerning muso waited for the artistic merit
of Pams People/Legs and co . This could be a new dawn which would eventually make the Ladies the No1 world sport, should
I say these proposals have become very popular in Italy with honourably admired Mr Berlusconi championing them.

Cavani and Tevez I think are unrealistic. These are guys who'd surely want CL footy and probably at a team challenging for major honours too.

Bony is one of the best available ST's around that we can attract, not that I'm saying I'd necessarily want him but just saying the sort of bracket we can be looking at. Remy would be another, very surprised no one has competed with West Ham for Enner Valencia, his record for Pachuca is impressive and he was one of the standout performers in the World Cup for me. Lukaku is possibly another if Jose/ Chelsea are willing to do business with us.

I get what you're saying regarding the transfer merry-go-round but does there come a point where we have to put our own team first and then just back them regardless of what others in the league may do as a result of our dealings? If we constantly focus on the knock-on effects of our actions then it becomes difficult to sell to anyone for a decent fee because pretty much anyone who can pay those fees will be looking to sell, and potentially to one of our rivals in the league. If Juve were offering £15 mill then I'd agree with you but the fact that they're apparently offering us a profit on Paulinho of all people would make me inclined to say yes in this case.

Yeah I read that too on the SCITK forum. Be good if true, hopefully the Verts of the World Cup/ 12-13 season will be back for the new season, because that guy is sheer class. Getting players like him, Lloris and hopefully one or two other key players tied down to longer/ better contracts is somewhat better than bringing in a new glamorous signing.

Cavani just because of the fee involved and he wouldn't be interested.

Tevez isn't as silly as it sounds as he is similar to VDV, in the sense he has done everything he wants with his career and if he moves again won't be looking at the elite clubs so we would be in the bracket of clubs he would consider joining (if Juve wanted to sell) but he is playing in the CL with Juve, just named their player of the season and I doubt he is looking to move again.
