Well spotted, that's pretty much exactly what I was looking for. It never came up in my searches.

    Brilliant.

Several* names deleted after this post, once you'd realised your error in publishing a posters identity. Only the single one (the correct one) before.

The game is all yours Dutch, and you lost.

*several is also an outright lie. It was one name.

This thread may drum up a bit of publicity

I was given a record of daily mirror World Cup sports pages in a nice leather bound book thingy a cpl of years ago I thought it a great idea and a good read through, tho I accept it won't contain historical information you was looking for in a city version

Erm wtf. I never posted a ****ing thing about anyone's name in this thread thanks. When we'd done it previously as far as I was aware, it was in the public domain in any case, and, furthermore, I never actually named anyone directly.

In this thread, all I've done is offer the exact same advice YOU gave me Chazz and Carmine in your PM. It's not my fault that Hattie is pulling your chain.

How come you didn't name check Chazz and Carmine in your little rant there too?

Threatening me with less than the same protection you give your mate is hardly a ****ing newsflash is it?

You really are an odious twat.

What the f** are you burbling on about now? <laugh>

Look s**t for brains, if you want a decent argument, offer a decent point, as it is, your whining and bleating is just making you look a boring tit. <ok>

EDIT, I see Happy's trying for the monthly dig now too.

    Fill your boots girls. <laugh>

It's easier just to dig out the old posts where they have these little sessions in monthly cycles. <laugh>

    Argument? Whining and bleating?

None of it Dutch, I was merely pointing out your failure and lies.

Not fit for purpose, you're like the Assem Allam of not606... Ie full of ****.

Ho hum, here we go again. Okay sad sack, what failure would this be? You tried to get around the issue of posting someone's personal details by pretending you were guessing. There were saveral guesses that were deleted. I'm not on line all the time, and I don't read every post, so the order they were deleted is somewhat uneven.

The only failure, is your piss poor attempt at a wind up. It's like dealing with a four year old that thinks he's been told off. <laugh>

    Righto Dutch, whatever you say.

Nice to see you resorting to childish insults, something you routinely do but always claim others are the instigators.

The fact is, you jumped in two footed without thinking and in doing so revealed a posters identity to all who saw it. Then try to coer your trail by childish name calling, the thing a moderator is there to prevent.

You're not fit for purpose, as we're electing one mod anyway, another should be elected at the same time, as you've proved time after time after time you're useless at it.

    <doh>

I never revealed anyone's identity. I simply deleted one of a number of guesses some childish tit was making.

If you're going for a wind up, you've failed. If you're trying to make some point, you've missed. So if it's a question of being s**te on a message board, I'll leave that accolade with you, you've earned it as your s**te takes you far more effort than the quick taps aside I have to make with them. <ok>

That's your response? No apology or acknowledgement that you were 100% wrong to drag me into it then? No answers to any of my questions and points?

What the hell am I thinking. There's a reason you're really no good at moderating, and yet again, you display it for all to see.

Sure Dutch, it's not you, its everyone else. Like always.

You do right not to buy Now Tigers Bob.

    It's dire.

Poorly written and boring as frig.

    Stay well clear.

Don't know where you live Hatters but is the library or the Hull History Centre to simple to suggest? Any books there may be available for sale at book shops.

I think Now Tigers can be bought from the club shop.

I think some people oppose to buying from the club shop due to their anti Allam stance.

If only the authors had the courage of their convictions eh?

240 mile round trip could make it more effort than the gain is worth!
