Im ****in mad , Jenkins ruined a great thing . Its hard to ditch my anger, the 2nd half of the season should have been historic , in a good way , not a bad way ... ill try ****in harder. I cant believe how Jenkins 's stupidity is being swept under the carpet for the "sake of the team " . By most , He should be out of a ****in job , the fool.

What are Pablo's personal issues. Are they resolvable.

As for Poz and Canas, IF they are having a negative effect on the squad they HAVE to go. I'd like both to stay, but if the rumours are true then they need to be replaced asap

Yankee I just think he has had enough here and wants to leave. To be honest I believe there is more than enough out there to cover his loss. If we sign Monterro, we would probably have the best 3 attacking wide players in the league. What concerns me more is that we will lose over 40 goals from our side over the last 2 seasons and that could be the thing that puts us in trouble. Ask cardiff and Norwich what happens when you cant score goals.

Pgf what are the rumours. But, all depending how bad things are surely we can work with them. **** mine there have been loads of problem players around who have been nurtured and ended up with being assets to their clubs.

If you're referring to Michu and Bony then that is of grave concern. Such a loss would give us a negative goal difference and set us up for relegation. The last time this happened was when we lost Scotland, Gomez, etc. We needed Sousa to sort out our defense, which he did brilliantly, and get us to play without a real offensive threat at center forward. Gomis is being glowed about, but quite frankly he has a lot to prove and should not be thought of as an automatic success. If I remember correctly, Sousa had to sort out Monk / Williams / De Vries on the defending of crosses and other problems .... do you think Monk really learned anything from the first guy he tried to dump on.

Yankee it was what I was getting at. I think Gomis is a good signing, but he is not a heavy goalscorer. His record is about 1 in 3 which is ok as long as we can get goals from somewhere else. Also we have to think about jdg goals if he doesnt come back.

I know what your saying, but depemding on your point of view it could be argued that ash, monk and a few senior players Are having a negative effect no ?

Pablo, canas, poz and michu seemed happy enough before the in fighting started breaking out, chico fighting monk and the police being called was an attempt by our captain to inject something, but what nobody knows.

As i have maintained through all of this the only saving grace is that the board Will always have the club at heart, and everything they have done is because they want the best for SCFC .

From the outside looking in it looks like those with options Are looking at a way out , some Are being frozen out but have proved they can perform at this level, some Are kept on Even though they have not proved it at this level(tate, jazz)

It makes for slightly uncomfortable reading. Monk is desperate to do well for us,we must back him and trust his judgement, its not looking good that we stand to perhaps lose quite a few first team players though.

I said months ago that the knock on effect could be a big one, with problems off the field i stated ages ago that somebody like bony may not fancy hanging around and may look at michu as an example of not going when hot property.

As fans we just need to suck it up and see what happens,we know that the clubs intentions Are true we dont know if they Are correct as of yet.

Time Will tell, a couple of decent signings and things Are rosy again.

I have to say though that losing michu, pablo and bony Will be a bitter pill to swallow and if we do lose them IMO it Will be down to how we delt with laudrup and how monks appointment was accepted with our top players.

Its maybe not a case of what garry can do,more of a case of what he did .

We definatly have a few pissed off players which has been a very unusual thing for us, top level footballers Are a bit more high maintanence than lower league ones which is why i Think There Are issues and a split in the camp that the club Are trying to stamp out.

    Just my view.

With most players apparently leaving we can also get rid of Monk. With only 11 players left there won't be any need for a manager to pick the team, as it will have to be the only 11 we have. We're leaving it late to get new players in and sort out who's definitely leaving.

Yes. And no doubt we'll get some more. Previous post was meant to be humorous.

But they won't all leave. If you believed the rumours we'd sell our entire team and buy around 100 players to replace them. Most is just papertalk for bored fans.

If we lose Bony it will be because we receive an offer we cannot reject and because he will get his opportunity to play CL football. No other reasons will be a factor.

Only the general rumours TLF that have surfaced since the end of last season when there appears to have been a falling out. Any immediate issues should be sorted by Monk - that's what he gets paid for, but as with any form of employment if there are issues that cannot be resolved then people have to be moved on.

I take Norways point that some deem Monk/Ash could be seen to be the ones who were having the negative influence, in fact I would totally agree with it as ultimately, it would appear they were involved in Laudrups downfall. The harsh reality is, that Laudrup has gone, Canas and Poz are in the doghouse - and it's got to be sorted so that any negative influence doesn't spread through the squad.

Huw has "invested" in the departure of Laudrup and the installation of Monk - so Monk isn't going anywhere. Canas and Poz appear to be the fall guys so the sooner they are shipped out the better.

That's my take on it - I don't agree with the majority of the things that have gone on, but as I've said on another thread Laudrup has been paid his dues so it's time to move on. Monk is in charge - he will sink or swim, Let's hope it's the latter. Hang on, did I say swim? Swimaway, swimaway, swimaway....<laugh>

It's the start of another exciting season in the Prem, we've made a couple of singings and we've got man U away - It's f*****g great mun <laugh>

Because he has said he is happy to stay here unless a top 6/ CL club comes in for him. How do you know that Bony will leave because of Monk's appointment? He played some of his best football under Monk.

I think it's common sense that Bony would leave regardless of who is in charge if the right club comes in for him as he wants to compete in the CL and challenge for titles.

The club and especially monk and jinx are doing a fantastic job. We are looking good in training and the new lads have settled in well, Plans were made before the season ended as the club knew that Bony will be a strong target for a big club and they pulled all the stops out to attract gomis and they got their man. problem solved. I can see a fantastic season ahead which will eclipse last seasons charade as we start the season playing the Swansea way and not that rubbish we all witnessed last season apart from the last 8 or so games where we showed what the true Swansea team is about....guts and determination....
