Hash and I have reached a stalemate, the final say goes to Medro.

 

If that's the criteria most of Central Scotland, especially North Lanarkshire, would have to be nuked anaw.

 

The town centre is actually quite nice these days.

Nicer than, say, Stirling's town centre.
