Got to give it to ze Germans, they didn't fill their league with overpaid and overpriced foreign players as the PL and many other european leagues have. They have always invested in local youth players especially at the big clubs and how it has paid off! Can't help but think the lack of English managers in the PL affects the number of english players who make it through the ranks into the first team, England have a long way to go before they get close to being one of the top teams.
Problem runs much deeper than not having English managers playing English players. Problem starts with 7 and 8 year olds...
My mate lumps loads on the horses, he's good at it and wins but im so ****e on thehorses I like to win a bit here, a bit there, it takes longer but I can usually have X 4 my money within a month. Annoys me if I lose a tenner! I know what you're saying though Double chance mate, takes ages but you're covered (as much ad you can be). Ive got a alot of wins with this WC on on over under goals scored as well

After 2004 when they sucked, they sat down ( Klinsmann, Low, the federation, etc) and said alright what do we need to do. 10 years later..... Belgium in 2006 after a bad qualfying campaign did the same. What is wrong with us, how can we fix it, looked at the youth, 8 years on..... The dutch are always doing it, the Spanish did it after WC 94 and it took them nearly 18 years to get it right with tiki taka. Starts with taking a long look in the mirror. I only do horses if I get a 'tip' You can turn a couple of ton into a family saloon in a couple of months if form goes by the book, but it only takes one big flop to unhinge you. As a rule thumb if you bet with the bookie you'll win long term though
Yep. Like you say one big loss hurts you, but usually ive built up so it doesnt hurt as much. Favourite doesnt always win obv, Esp in horses, that is such a murky world!!!!!
Didn't realy quite how young those German players were. Muller is only 24!? Seems like he's been around years. Good money on him breaking Klose's goal scoring WC record.
Yup, we all know Rooney was the star player and had he not had 10 terrible players alongside him would have been named WC winner, golden ball winner and golden boot winner.
