Dont for one minute think it was a fix, compare that atmosphere of your 3-3 with us to the atmosphere of your testimonial with City, West Ham lost by more than you guys but put in way more effort, I have no idea how things would have panned out, if the fans had cheered loss after a titanic tussle, which is what that game should have been, i could have understood it. Barkley goal was awesome, against the best team in the country, and the celebration from crowd was muted, it was sad to see. It is that attitude from the fans that i believe is sad. And as alternate timelines are fact, i believe had you won, we would still have blown title, BUT Everton would have pipped Arsenal to fourth
You're talking out your arse. I was there and the celebration was a million miles from muted
Moreno deal back on http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/liverpool-close-alberto-moreno---3850719
Don't hold your breath. He will probably be out there til last day of the window. Haggling over a few quid.
What do you lot think of Vlaar? Had a great season followed by a great World Cup, I wouldn't mind us starting the season with Vlaar and Lovren.
He was brilliant last season, gave Suarez hell he didn't get a kick he's followed it up as I said with a very good World Cup I think he's be a great signing.

Liverpool are planning a shock move for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku as Brendan Rodgers looks to replace Luis Suarez, according to reports. Lukaku’s future is up in the air with Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho reportedly not keen on keeping the Belgian forward at the club. With no confidence in the former Everton loanee, Mourinho signed up Diego Costa last month making Lukaku’s job even harder at Stamford Bridge. With Everton keen on bringing the former Anderlecht striker back to Goodison Park, Brendan Rodgers could look to hijack the deal with a deal in the region of £26 million. Reports emerged over the weekend that Rodgers will be presented with full £75 million from the Luis Suarez transfer, in-order to reinvest back in the squad. A number of players are now targets for the Reds, including Romelu Lukaku, Mario Balotelli and Angel Di Maria. Rodgers’ close relationship with Mourinho could play a part in negotiating the deal, but Mourinho will be wary after the transfer of Sturridge to Anfield which reaped dividends for the England international. Rodgers spent four years at Chelsea working as youth team and then reserve team coach, which could work in the Northern Irishman’s favour.
No thanks to Vlaar. No different to Skrtel. Good in the middle of a back 3 but hardly the most composed of defender.
Me too Heard good things about him from a couple who have watched Benfica "A real talent" apparently!
Would think Mourinho would rather sell to Everton as they are less of a rival but we can obviously outbid Everton for Lukaku so could be interesting I'm still not 100% on him to be honest. Looks like has all the attributes to be top class but sometimes doesn't seem Interested.
