Why is there no mention of Schneiderlin in the official article? All other absences seem to be explained, and he's not listed as far as I can see in the squad list.
Spider and Rambo both had extended leave of absence, they will be back soon enough, whether they will stay is a different kettle of fish.
I understand he might be on extra leave because of the World Cup, but if you read the article on the official website nowhere does it explain that, yet it does for Yoshida, Ramirez and Wanyama. I wondered whether it was an over-sight, or whether he's not been included because of a potential move for example Edit: Just to clarify I'm on about the article on the Southampton website and not DTLW's first post (which seems to have been posted before the article on the official site)

I believe McCarthy can play left back and I think Turnbull is left footed. I thought I had seen Jake Sinclair in the photos, but he is not listed on the site. Might have been too small for the head count. Big pre-season opportunity for some players to impress especially in centre midfield & attack with Wanyama, Schneiderlin, Ramirez & Jay Rod absent

Quite disappointed by the amount of Lovren orientated pictures in the training gallery.......I really don't want to see 25 pictures of a bell end who has publicly bad mouthed the club I support.
