Looks like MR CEllino is edging closer to buying back Elland road and is determined to do so. What will that mean to you guys? For me, I'll always remember the first time I saw the ground, probably 25 years ago. Hairs stood on the back of my neck and would still if I had any. The repurchase would signify the end of an awful struggle for over a decade and probably another emotional moment in a lifetime of following Leeds. It will mean a lot more than just a shrewd financial move but it will also be just that.

The first time I was in ER was the summer of 78, my Uncle had mates involved with the club and me and my cousin were allowed in the stadium and I've pics of me and him sitting or standing all over the place and also in the trophy room. My first time watching a live match was in 1980 against the scum, I'll never forget that game or feeling of that first time. It'll be great to own our ground again...:emoticon-0106-cryin

£2mill not going out in rent, means potentially £2mill going into the team.

Before Cellino came in we were said to be losing £1m a month - If we save £2m a month in rent then our finances should finally be sorted and hopefully the savings will be made available when they are required and IF Cellino does decide to sell us in the future at least we should be a better looking prospect for a potential buyer.

Waht would it mean? A few quid less in the transfer fund pot thereby reducing our chances of buying Messi!!! But still a good idea
