We've only just signed Belkalem haven't we? Be strange if he went... Fabbrini looks like a useful player but just not physically ready for the Championship.
I thought we had only just signed Belkalem permanently too.... but then maybe a good World Cup has brought him to the attention of some. At least he's 'ours' so should be able to demand a fee if anyone were to come in for him I thought Fabbrini looked good but needed a run. Can't really see that now, with Deeney, Vydra, Forestieri and possible Ranegie at the club - plus youngsters like Ikpeazu. Might be more opprtunity if we are playing 3 up top, but then Dyer seems to be favoured up there too So possible combinations?? Vydra--Deeney--Dyer Forestieri--Ranegie--Fabbrini
http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...on_to_be_transferred_to_Bassini_s_liquidator/ Red Lion jive... Russo's out of pocket, the helmet has the money from the Graham transfer tucked away and could be the end of the pub
So Bond likely to go out on loan and a couple more mid-fielders required. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/11333724.Watford_target_three_more_signings/ Looks as if some players will need to put in the effort if they want to get regular football.
We do like having lots of midfielders in the squad! Guess this reserve goalie will have experience to cover Gomes.
I worry slightly if we end up with too many - or too many NEW players. It took a long time to gel them two years ago
I dont think that will be an issue this time. They all look happy together already and given the number of pre-season games announced (2 more in the pipeline apparently), they should know each other pretty well soon.
Yes I agree with that Dan - they've also done business so much more quickly than in 2012 (for obvious reasons of course) which is very positive indeed. Exciting times ahead!
Team for today against Ruban Kazan: Gomes; Doyley, Tamas, Angella, Pudil; Tozser, Battocchio, McGugan; Forestieri, Deeney, Vydra. 0-0 ATM.
0-0 at full time. Rubin Kazan may be unfamiliar to most of us, but they were 9th in the Russian Premier League last year and were champions of it in 2008 and 2009. So not a bad result really, and another clean sheet.
Sounds like a good result with a strong line-up. The notable omissions from a first team being Abdi, Dyer and Anya perhaps?
I see that the Germans have got a big match on today at 4pm - http://www.ifeed2all.eu/type/football.html And I think they're playing another game at 8 o'clock tonight too....
