42k a week & £8m Decent business for Palace and I think a good move for him in a well drilled Pulis side. He won't find himself as exposed as he did last season at Cardiff. I think and hope we can get slightly better value
I get the argument that it's not technically breaking the rules and every club does it(including ourselves) and in every other job you're free to talk with a potential new employer, but that doesn't stop me from feeling a little annoyed about how the system works and the way Liverpool are acting.
Apparently Arsenal are in advanced talks with Khedira. If they get him then that would surely end their interest in Morgan.
They look like hey are adding serious quality to their squad and will be challenging for the title this season. I think Khedira will cost about the same as Lallana but less than Shaw. Puts those transfers into context.
Chelsea get Fabregas, Costa and looks like Felipe Luis. United get Herrera, Shaw and potentially Di Maria. And Arsenal get Sanchez, Debuchy and probably Khedira. I'm finding it quite hard to see Liverpool breaking into the top four again after letting Suarez go.
Add European football to their mix and it's going to be a challenge. Chelsea & Man City are not under new management so you figure they'll get off to better starts There are good vibes at Old Trafford. I don't think there squad is as good as the other two, but you can't see them having as bad as season as they've just had and as you say Arsenal are putting together a decent squad and finally Wenger is buying players in the weaker areas of his team.
Pool are going to get found out big time. Although feel a little sorry for Lambo, there's a few others who deserve a big squirm. YNWA......unless its the walk of shame.
Liverpool missed their big chance, just as Newcastle did some years back. These chances don't come round very often, unless you are United and City. However, I expect them to have a good season...they are spending to improve the team from last season...I reckon they will finish third.
