Sea Bass, Lemon Sole, Swordfish, Tuna (steaks), Herring, Mackerel, Trout, Salmon, Monkfish, sardines, any kind of fish basically. Does anyone have any sauces or condiments with fish?
I like a chilli and lime butter poured over a fillet of salmon. Also, people who take the skin off are ****s.
You know what, I love seafood but I normally would opt for a meat dish over a seafood dish at a restaurant. I'm going to start choosing seafood dishes for a change. I'll report back
I've never understood people that go to an Italian restaurant and have pasta or pizza. The tallies are ****in brilliant at cooking meat and fish dishes.
Peppered mackerel, swordfish, monkfish, prawns and smoked eel are all ****ing banging, I find that salmon is over rated, although nice if smoked and put on bits of brown bread for a starter.
