He explained in on SSN. €100m was the release clause, about £79m. They agreed on £64.3m for Suarez, but with the sale of Sanchez Barcelona will twist it as though they only paid about £30m. He's trying to make it sound as good as possible for Barcelona. He gives the Sanchez add-ons but not Suarez. The fee is widely reported as about £75m. £64m is probably the first installment.
