    English or French?

    I like both but I would have to plump for Colman's English. Wonderful stuff.

    Use the French mustards for cooking though.

    Is mustard a condiment? If so Gambol need not comment.

    And by the way Gambol when you are out having a steak you go for Roquefort cheese SAUCE. And don't even think about denying it otherwise I shall not converse with you ever again.

    I love mustard. English on meat, the Frenchy stuff for cooking.
