Agreed, though Cluan place has that siege mentality and so they may often come across a little extreme.

Stored up over the year. My mates Da used to store them out the back of his house, they were there from like August.

Like I say stored up. When we were kids and collecting people were more than happy for us to get rid of their ****.

I remember being about 8 or 9 and a load of us carrying / pushing 6 doors and sofa down the road.

Then ya had rival areas trying to steal your wood so people stayed out overnight to "guard" it

 

Why can't we all just get along for goodness sake?
