I'm going on Saturday. Had expected to see us lose or it be the final throes of a dead game.

It's now looking like it might be a contest.

Don't speak too soon. We still have to bat get out for 200 then fall to a loss within 4 days <whistle>

Good'ole collapse.. finish off this last wicket...
Bat for two days and then bowl them out on a dodgy 4th/5th day wicket...
Easy, no?

While watching the Sky coverage yesterday, David Gower referred to the City Ground as being the home of "Notts Forest", and as you can imagine it went down like a bacon sarnie at a bar mitzvah! <laugh> He didn't half get some stick from Bumble!

If cook can't score runs on this wicket then he needs to go away n take some time out.

Offering nothing to the bowlers and all wickets have been self inflicted.

Nothing wrong with Notts Forest. Makes complete sense and only pedantic batards say otherwise :)

looks like a draw is best england can hope for if they can even match the batting total in our first innings.

it'd take a big collapse in indias second innings to give england any hope of a win.

Wahey, wicket <diva>

Time for us to bat, get to the end of the day at about 100 for 4 and be in deep s....
