Well, why would the Dutch have anything to say about it? I think FLT was more referring to any residual tension between Croatia and Serbia. Having just been there and discussing the war with people I didn't get the impression that was the case.

Non taken. I don't mind us signing a Serb, I don't judge people by their nationality. It's true there are still extreme right wing nationalists in both Croatia and Serbia and they despise each other, but the younger generations in both countries are largely unburdened by the war (there are exceptions, though).
