Monk reckons all efforts were prioritised into getting Tadic in. Pelle is still likely to sign.

 

We are short of backroom staff right now. Now that Tadic is done , expect Pelle to be concluded this week.

Funny how this criticism is never leveled at people who have positive things to say about players. Maybe it's because people who watch football are capable of forming valid opinions on what they see and well within their rights to do so.

Feyenoord: Graziano Pelle absent because of light ankle symptoms.

That came a bit after.

 

I think some people need to brace themselves for Pelle being a complete **** up, should he sign. I'm hopeful he won't, but Joe is a reliable poster and hasn't just said what he said about Pelle for the sake of it.

 

If he does sign he wont be our only buy up front.

 

As we discussed on some other thread yesterday anyway, there are reports there's been a snag and we're looking at other targets.
