I would say he's more ambitious than greedy - knows Leeds are going nowhere but downwards with Cellino and Hockawally - and every chance Fulham will bounce straight back up (especially now they have a proven goalscorer)
Yer we could buy your whole team, ground the lot and still get change from £100,000 but to be honest that would be over paying more than Fulham and would get us relegated instead of Nillwall.Things are looking up for us but you guys need a miracle to stay up as you don't have 1 player worth anything and are much weaker than last season.
How much of that money do you think cellino will put back in to replace them 30 goals ? His gain your loss
Think they paid a few quid for a sparky from a non league club, they're currently looking for a plumber and a bricklayer now Apparently Berylson is a property developer
I've never been for or against that statement. All I have ever said is that he has done very well for us and if he wants to go to a club that are ready to show some ambition unlike us then I for one won't hold hard feelings, this club at the minute is shambolic in my eyes, can't imagine why any player would actually want to be here.
I think im missing something here i would be happy if wall bought the leagues top scorer and gutted if we had just sold him what am i doing wrong ? you guys are so funny
let me put this as simple as possible so you lot might just get the drift last season you had a striker who scored you 30 goals,,,,,this season you aint got one hope that helps
Mighty it does help, Last year is past, our 30 goal striker wanted away,to fulham!!!,anyway we just bagged a big wedge, That hopefully will be spent on a better striker, Capiche?
Are you sure you're so unbiased, Josh? he has done very well for us - er, yeah - 1 season. Hardly the legend he believes he is. if he wants to go to a club that are ready to show some ambition unlike us - Fulham? Ambition? Aspiration at best! Always claimed that he wanted to play in the PL. Decided to snatch at the first fistful of ready cash on offer instead. this club at the minute is shambolic - can't disagree, but it's beginning to come together. First season in the championship we had fewer players signed at this stage. We finished 14th. If McContract loved the club as much as he claimed, he wold have bided his time. He didn't. Tells a story in itself. can't imagine why any player would actually want to be here - any player with an ounce of brain matter should realise that the potential in Leeds United is about to be unleashed, especially one that's had the opportunity to speak personally with the President. Can't imagine he's been privvy to FFC's plans, nor is he clairvoyant when it comes to assessing their performance in the Championship this season. Most PL teams that drop in total disarray don't immediately turn into winners immediately. Ask Wolves, Bolton, Blackburn, Birmingham, Doncaster et al about that. I truly & sincerely hope that McContract never gets to play PL football. Fcuk him!
