Particularly given Newcastle have challenged for the PL as many times as Liverpool.

Trying to work out the genuine reviews from the trolls is the most amusing bit. Love this guy:

    "By Eric George McKinley
This book has renewed my faith in the mighty reds. I've even renewed my Sky subscription and will be cheering them on next season as only true fans can."

Cheering them on from his armchair, in other words... <laugh>

Nice try Gonzo, all you were trying to do was divert the attention of a real life supporter of your beloved club of writing a book where he tries to convince others that coming second is an achievement.

Be honest, if it was ANY other premiership club, you would me merciless.

I think most are trolls having a laugh at our expense, but fair play there's some imagination going into it. I like the "Foreword By Demba Ba" Comment.

Read it again bonnet, it's clearly a Mn Utd fan having a laugh at our expense but he's put some thought into it from the opening line from Fergie to the kick in the nuts at the end.

I think all of them are having a laugh at your expense mate ;)

As for Tomkins, based on his track record he has probably been writing that book since January, ready to be the first to cash in in case you actually did win it. Then when you ****ed it up he just changed the title and some of the chapters and threw it out there anyway, hoping to rake in some cash even if it's not as much as he hoped.

wise move gonzo, I doubt if he will get rich off it, but perhaps if her changed it to Liverpool winning, he might get the booker prize for literature. That's only awarded for fiction, so it is in with a chance

You just concentrate on Europa league footy and leave the top end stuff to us, perhaps LVG will perform a miracle and next year will be your year.

Fair do's Tobes, the lads got talent. That good he could make a living from it. Can't say the same of the ebook though, but I was never really into far fetched fiction

Oh yeah, forgot you didn't do well enough for that.

You thought it was a Liverpool fan earlier who had made a mistake and the humour had gone right over your head, stop digging. <laugh>

LOL gonzo in yer dreams. I knew all about it when Tobes tipped me off about it, when there were only 3 comments.

Be honest, that book is a total embarrassment. Its on a par, no, on second thoughts, its even worse than Brazil losing at home 7-1.

he book that couldn't slow down, 27 July 2011
This review is from: The Price of Paradise Part 1 (The Broken World) (Kindle Edition)
"If you want my body and you think I'm sexy, come on sugar let me know"

Not my words, but those of Sir Rod Stewart - his seminal 1978 song was about courtship, yet the words could just as easily apply to the way I feel about this book. From start to finish I was enraptured; lost in Andy Logan's mesmeric imagination. I haven't read many fantasy books before but I have now been inspired to thoroughly explore the genre. Reading this spellbinding tale has recaptured a fresh and sparkling sense of joie de vivre that has recently been missing my life - yesterday morning I spontaneously bought a bowler hat and burst into song on the tube. Why? I don't know. All I know is that reading this book gave me a beaming smile far bigger than the one I get from my crippling addiction to valium, and that I will be eagerly awaiting the next instalment in the Broken Word series.

    Brilliant.

thats what I was referring to gonzo, when I said " Fair do's Tobes, the lads got talent. That good he could make a living from it. Can't say the same of the ebook though, but I was never really into far fetched fiction" It was the other comments he had posted referring to other books. Say it again, the lads got talent

I agree, but your comprehension and misunderstanding of the review is plain to see in your posts and hilarious.

    I quote......

It went straight over your head but never mind you keep pretending it didn't. <laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh>

whatever, you can keep trying to dodge, but the reality is that Tobes spotted that earlier, when there was just ONE review.
I know its a big ask,but admit its rather embarrassing to think coming second is worthy of a book
