I think there's a valid argument against coercing people into doing things they don't want to do though.

Surely in any workplace, it is pretty much the owner's prerogative if he or she wants to serve the customer or not? Just plucking an example out of the sky, if I owned a shop and a black taig came into to buy something, surely if I didn't want to serve the ****, I wouldn't need to?
