Yes and let me explain it in not so many words as you are getting confused
The swans takes the lions share of the money for tickets, the remaining amount goes to the management company, out of that share they must make provisions for maintenance of the stadium, they are failing to do that, so the swans and ospreys have pumped money in to help to do that, its still not enough! So the management company will need to take more of a percentage of the money to ensure that they make a profit, the problem with that is it must renegotiated, which is not to the advantage of the clubs!
And I saw that programme myself, and the fact that they made some glaringly obvious mistakes, like for example not having anyone from either party discussing the findings, or saying the stadium cost £40m which it didn't! Any losses must be covered by someone, who do you think covers that? Put this way its not the council!
So the 16k would be where the management company would make a profit, the problem is that average gates have been 15.5k for the swans, and whole lot less for the ospreys! Next season the management company should be making a profit, and remember now there are two people from the council on the board of stadco, and one each from the clubs, so there is nothing being hidden!
