i hope so...if everyone gets off his back..it can't help hearing all the negativity around him...even two seasons ago he was getting it, it was just worse last season..
I would like to keep him , however if the right price was agreed and a replacement already sorted , it would seem to be reasonable business!
Sorry guys but if we do get the right offer it is time to trade in the chips, mind you with a sell on clause as he probably will go on to better things! I remember going when David James was between the sticks, we got a good deal on him and he got some stick for his antics, those swing in a miss games (i mean punching the ball or not as the was the case in many occasion). Now he was vocal and commanded his area, if only SL would do the same (less kittens around )
nope, but he might spot the problem, coz it seems it's not getting noticed..fresh eyes and all that...
you'd think, but if you watch them during a match, it looks like they're not looking so much at the GKs, they're watching the rest of the pitch...
being a shouty domineering person , I suspect is not in Scotts make up , thus they are working with what they have! only a guess but....
I have to say, its a shame he has had this bad patch, he does try hard and you can see he gets frustrated when things go wrong. I am sure than in a few years he will be a great keeper.
It would, we do have a long line of good keepers come through the club. some have done well others less well
i liked him, but he was the opposite of SL. R could not kick well but S is less commanding in the box.
yeah, each have their qualities and their weaknesses. Its a shame RG did not get much of a run in the cup, we are yet to see how good he might be.
