Morning all ... fantastic news that we're getting £11m for Ross, that is an absolute fortune and there is no way a 28 year old striker who's never cracked it above Championship level is anywhere near that valuation ... however, Fulham have a ridiculously wealthy owner so I guess he didn't blink ... we are so far away from a starting eleven its scary, so I'm certain Cellino will use quite a bit of the Ross money to strengthen ... as for Peter Taylor's comments, very nice of him but then again not influential, but as I said before Hock is in now so can only be judged on what he achieves ... Papa Smurf made a huge deal about sticking in sell on clauses in contracts, and he vilified the regime before him for not doing it, so I'd guess Snods, Howson and Becchio would all have had a clause in place ... RIP Di Stefano, a true great of the game, a gentleman and ambassador

Exactly, had he sold him to millwall, he'd have some explaining to do. Probably 11 million reasons why that issue was never likely to occur, though.

With the extra 2m, we could buy Millwall

Morning all. If we believe all we read than MC has played a blinder. We will never know the true facts behind the transfer but it can only be better for any team to have everyone pulling in the same direction.
MC has money and will not want to lose any ! His target has got to be the Prem in 2 or 3 years so he can then make LOTS of money.

We can only support the team in the way that Leeds fans do and hope that he makes lots of money !

£11M does sound a lot, but the Premiership is supposed to be worth over £100M per season now through the mega tv deal - the Fulham owner is worth over £200bn so just pocket change for him - wouldn't be surprised if he's paying Massivego in yachts as he owns loads (and they are all tax paid)

How much did Connor Wickham go for?

    mike

Zaha went from a championship club to a premiership club.

I said its a world record fee for a player going from a tier 2 club to a tier 2 club.

I'm good mate, glad this whole saga is over so we can get on with our season :)

    Hows you and the missus?

    Morning all <ok>

If the "undisclosed fee" is actually £11m I'll fall off my chair all over again. That's a ridiculous amount of money. It'll be interesting to see what happens from here on out, but one thing is for sure I'm going to have to make a hell of a lot of new shirt back images for next seasons match threads!

The OS is just to sell shirts. Think they were trying to flog Paddy Kenny ones two days ago. They double up as tents <ok>
