    Not over enthralled with it. Seems the cost is "not to be divulged" which means maybe half for the club and half for the glaziers arse pocket

    Cost is 657million gbp. Weve had this deal about a year.

    Kits ok. Logo is meh. If you buy tge shirts, i doubt you buy it because of the logo.

    So if Chevy are the sponsors- do you think the kit will spend half the time in the shop being mended?

    Good news is, the sponsor probably won't last the season- you'll need a rental sponsor by Xmas- probably have a Lexus on your shirt instead for 4 weeks or so whilst the kit gets mended.

    I suppose if your paying 657 mill, you can put whatever you like on the shirt. If that figure is true, it makes the sale of players look like petty cash

    Why make the logo so big? Ruins the shirt.

    A nice small logo and it's a fairly decent shirt <ok>

    There is some confusion here on the sponsorship. From what I have read Chevrolet are paying one fee (supposedly undisclosed) for the next seven years.This was agreed in July 2012. This purely for the ad on the shirt.

    Manchester United was recently called the most valuable club in sport, worth $2.23bn (£1.43bn), according to Forbes magazine.

    What hasn't been finalised is the KIT sponsorship deal, with three main contenders after the rights. This by all accounts is the biggie, with figures over 650 mill being bandied about. Arsenal at present are the highest, recently signing with Puma, with a deal worth over 400 mill, but this has not been confirmed

    I think we are all in agreement that Chevrolet are garbage, but the Chevy board must have seen some potential by getting involved.

    Thats how it appears to me, but if I am misinformed, please add you explanation.
