Knew McGregor was the right goalie for us when five minutes into his debut he had punched Torres in the head and saved a Frank Lampard penalty. He's hard and Scottish and a great goalie. Hell, even his WAG runs other WAGS over in her car.
Whether yours is better than ours is a mute point, but as Cardiff found out last season even having an outstanding goal keeper doesn't always keep you up.
I think he's a good keeper. Always seems to play well against us. Nice of Leicester City to advertise his wages for him. A good season this season, and teams will be queuing up to see if he's interested in moving.
http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/article/1415-ince-signing-interview-1721147.aspx? what is it with the clubs press releases though ? this pic looks like Tom Ince is being held captive by Al Qaeda
"Tom Ince believes he’s joined a club with the perfect blend of youth and experience after signing a two-year deal with Hull City." The sub header on the official websites article!
Funniest comment on the Daily Mail. boram, Bangkok, Thailand, 1 hour ago who turns down Inter for Hull?? forget difference in size of club has he ever seen the women in milan compared to Hull??? This is the reply... Ernie, Hull, 1 hour ago Hull women are beautiful even compared to Milan and compared to where you live ,they are actually women. .
Glad you lot got him and not us. The short contract should bring the fee down. I'll take a punt at 5-6 million, not that I'd pay that, but with blackpool charging a million and a half for a 6 month loan that would make it 6m on a 2 year contract. That's the logic I'm going with anyway. I don't rate him that much but that's not the reason I didn't want him. He's got an interfering dad and I think he's going to be a right pain in the arse.
Ps The two year deal is almost certainly a way of avoiding a relegation clause. I expect options to prolong it. A really first class and proper singing. Anyone blathering about baggage is missing the point. He has signed and is on board. Great !
Would think that if he was anywhere else other than here. Bruce and his dad are good mates. Hell, they even go on holiday together, I doubt he'll **** his mate around
Well his dad is never off Skysports spouting on about his son. Mind you, I hadn't realised that Bruce holidays with him as Jezz just informed me so that's my point on his dad irrelevant anyway
