    Longtime habit. Old 606 forum "Crap" was automatically flagged for review by moderators. (they weren't decent like here- and overworked, so they would delete threads without reading them for content).

    I started writing "Carp" or sometimes "Trout" instead of "Crap"... a number of people did... not just me.

    There were some odd words on the list of "moderator-flagged" watch words:

    Crap, mother, Paddy, sheep, Stanford Bridge [sic], and my favourite "Wunter Under Meijer" (parody news articles some people would write) was automatically flagged for moderators to review too!



    I'm sure there was a logical explanation for all their watch words.

    I think you and me both probably got banned 10+ times by the ploderators on old606 due to this auto falling system.

    Wunter under miejer and the knosju place times were on that list every way til Tuesday but binXXXXXX was not

    It was interesting to find how to crack their system.

    for example if you types ****.. you'd get the red banned word thing but then sub in the word you wanted and it'd flag back to you if it was on the watch list... however the sneaky f'rs never let anoyne know til they let it slip on that old feedback thread.

    Yeah... it was a bug in their code that revealed the whole "watch list" to us... basically- if it let you post a word when "flood control" was disabled (you hadn't posted in the last 3 minutes)- but warned you the word was not accepted when flood control was on- you knew it was a "watched" word not a banned word... through trial and error we figured out a huge list of watched words and started to avoid using them so that we wouldn't attract the attention of the mods... or at least- we would deliberately misspell them.

    Our 3rd kit doesn't look great as a football shirt but comes off decently as a casual shirt
