....one of you, who lives in Harold Wood, Romford, managed to change my account address to yours, which means you may have a brand new 2014-15 season ticket on its way to you. I am trying to get the box office to sort it out, but if it does arrive at your place, please PM me!
Box Office assures me that it will be sent to my newly revised address on the system. There was no way to tell anything had changed until I received the confirmation message, as I had no reason to check my account details first....I'm sure nothing intentional, and anyway, I do have the full address........
It'll be an honest oversight in the excitement of getting the play-off final tickets sorted and besides, you know where they live AND where they'd sit!!! I guess there's a couple of options if you have no reply:- 1) Work backwards through the PMs and the help with tickets threads until you find your man. 2) Correct the address on your account and phone the season ticket in as lost. I suspect the same problem you've faced correcting the address will mean the repalcement will arrive chez SB (although you'd need to check with the BOX office). I suppose there'll be a replacement admin fee though. (...3) I can PM you my address if you want o get another sent out.... )
Didn't they have to change it to get the final ticket sent out? The new ST can just get cancelled anyway so its not a major problem if it doesn't get sent back.
That's the strange thing, you need account password to change address, and I'm sure that I didn't send that to anyone. Must be that you can specify delivery address when ordering, and the system automatically updates your account to last address used for ordering tickets. Or something. Actually getting the ticket was very fast and smooth, to my surprise. No need to watch the dawn over South Africa Road......
Number 2 done and assured all will be well, number 1 will be activated if I don't get my ticket when others start receiving theirs (though with little hope, I deleted loads of PMs recently), number 3....dream on Matt.
But what more beautiful sight!!!! No worries Stan...Mr Romford man will be sitting next to me....he won't last long!

Hi Stan, This would be me. I have just sent you a private message. I specifically asked the box office that very question and was assured your address would not be changed. I believe this is an oversight by the club. I never had a password or anything? Please don't worry, if your tickets arrive here I will, of course, forward them immediately. I have apologised privately but please accept this public apology. I hope this hasn't caused too much inconvenience. If you need me to contact the club, please do let me know.

They did that for the play off semi against Wigan but I'd be surprised if they do that for a whole new season. And I'll be stuffed. I think I've already thrown last season's ST away!
