what else do you do when you sit down for a dump in't morning (or occasionally at other times of the day)? Not606 has merely replaced the newspapers that we used to read whilst sat on the pot each morning. The rest of the day, we have lives! haven't paid much attention to it all, I thought they were only doing Yorkshire before going back to France. If they are going to do Cambridge to London then it's a fair point

I loved the olympic route through Norfolk giving an award for the King of the Mountains.

Our neck of the woods isn't flat flat but is more undulating than anything. The Tour only did South/North and West Yorkshire that much is true and hopefully if it does come back to Yorkshire the East would be included. Especially given how fabulous the sea views would be on tv. Maybe the Tour of Yorkshire had realised the East was left out and will go some way to make up for it.

Dunno if anyone clocked the fact that this year's TdF didn't start with a Prologue Time Trial, but launched straight into the race, hills and all.

(Could be why the East Riding was left out?)

I live near Pock, and there are some really good hills to climb between Pock and Driffield, I know I do it quite often.

Nunburnholme? Not far north of that you've got Hanging Grimston. <ok> (Although I believe it's just on the North Yorks border).
