Maybe because in the prem it's 5 bookings for a suspension and it's 2 in the works cup. Plus it's a knock out competition so a suspension can be a lot more costly. I might be wrong just a guess like.
Aye it's always been allowed in tourneys. It was a yellow anyway, it's classed as obstructing the keeper, so if he gets off, it's yet another piece of 'let's make Brazil win' bullshit.
Can all the other teams not appeal against all the bookable offences that Brazil have gotten away with?
