To be honest this thread is an example of why I don't post on this board much and why Sunderland fans don't post on our board much, because after 5 or 6 posts it always ends up with "reeled another in", "another one taken the bait", "nice toying with you" etc. There is simply no debate to be had 90% of the time. There's nothing desperate about it, it started because there were a few comments on here saying we're deluded, I pointed out that we aren't and from there it escalated.

I'm not over sensitive mate, I take a forum for what it is, a bit of fun with some banter. Just a lot of the time (on both boards) a Mag and a Mackem can't have a decent debate if there's of difference of opinion. It always ends up with the thread going massively off topic, such as this one.
I didn't get offended that you said that about me, I know I slate Newcastle, I can't stand your stupid manager so I'm happy to give my input on threads like this. I think you'll find aside from Pardew I have written many posts saying that you lot deserve better as fans, you have a relationship with your owner that is unenviable and I've big'd up several of your players numerous times when they play well. I'm not gonna ignore the stupid things (the minority of) your fans do because why should I? Nobody else does.
