I don't usually agree with you Migs but you are right..I totally enjoyed the battle between Alonso and Vettel. That was great. I think Vettel was on fresher tyres though but he made Vettel work really hard. That's really great defensive driving and Vettel even though I think he took a big long to get through did a good overtake and he didn't give up..that's important. In the battle with Rosberg and Hamilton, Hamilton was always catching Rosberg. Had not for the very slow pit stop he would have swoop by even before Rosberg had the gearbox problem. When he changed to the hard tyre he was really quick..much quicker than Rosberg on the faster tyre. In one lap he took like almost a second out of Rosberg. If both cars had remained in good shape it would have been difficult for Rosberg to keep Hamilton behind at the pace he was going. But then again Hamilton was quicker all weekend and he totally mucked it up in qualifying. I don't understand why he is making it so much harder on himself. If he had that sort of pace you could imagine what would have happened if he were on pole. Also he must be commended on his lightning starts. Imagine being on pole with those starts. He needs to work on that and pitstops. But all in all Alonso and Vettel were the drivers of the day in my opinion. But... I liked the result.lol
Good race, this board is so dull though after Hamilton does anything. I really enjoyed it! Alonso v Vettel was excellent, Bottas fantastic

Oh and Hamilton could have said well...let me just sit and wait for something to happen...he didn't...it made things happen. He went after the guys in front of him then set his sights on Rosberg. He never gave up like he did in qualifying and that too was very important. The misjudgment in qualifying is understandable.. The whole mercedes team almost made that same mistake...other teams did. But he never lie down and play dead in the race, which is very good.... So for all those who are hating on Hamilton, he deserves a bit of luck too. He had two DNFs and I guess it was just a matter of time Rosberg would have one..and for those who were counting him out of the championships? He is only four points behind now...see? Never say never!
