The whole competition has tensed up after the brilliant group stages and a few excellent games in the last round. I've enjoyed the WC, but there are no truly great teams around. In order I would want Costa Rica, Holland, Germany, Brazil, Argentina to win it. So congratulations Argentina.
It was a bad side against a very bad side. Why is it the starting cf for belgium always plays about as well as Maiga yet the sub always plays better?

Swords will be able to hook him up with tickets. I have a 100% record in the knock outs, I wish I had an accumulator! I have Brazil to beat the argies in the final and Holland to beat the Kraut's for 3rd place. I don't think that will happen because Holland look better than the argies but the Kraut's would be more professional in a third place match.
Argentina have been a bit disappointing throughout the tournament I think they will disappoint in the semi-final against Holland and beat them as well by the odd goal
You may well be right. I've drawn them in one of my client's sweepstakes, but it would be a hollow victory as they have been so poor.
