Yep, as benefit girocheques hit the county's doormats, here's the result http://www.eadt.co.uk/sport/ipswich...178?utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitterfeed
I wonder how many shirts we have sold since the launch of the new kit on Tue?? I've spoken to quite a few fans who've paid their £45 - me included.
On a similar(ish) vein, I was checking out Norwich and Ipswich's twitter followers the other day. Norwich had 204K compared to Ipswich's 31.5K - that's less than Hyde and less than half the amount of followers as Grant Holt.
So you have more twatter followers than us , and more fans that wear football shirts than us, (my 15yr old son already regards himself as too old to wear a football shirt unless playing the game)...
There was this little kid in front of me at the Supermarket check out who had NEYMAR on the back of his yellow shirt. I assumed it was a Brazil shirt until he turned around and I saw the Budgie crest on the front! Talk about wishful bloody thinking!
Mate, go easy on Northants, he's a born Northamptonian, never goes to the Carrot Patch, wouldn't know what the dust track into Norwich looks like.
what mugs we are, spending our money on a football club. its almost as though we are supporters! or, perhaps we support our club a little better than those down the road. just a thought...
on a side note, those ipswich shirt sales are a bit embarrassing. norwich sold more than 20,000 of their last shirt. no wonder ipswich are so skint.
Not as embarrassing as a 33 yr old man wearing a replica football shirt, you should post a picture of yourself wearing the Budgie one!
