    Not so sure. no manager can ever make the whole squad happy because by default a number of players will be wanting to play when they are not. the manager can blow smoke up their arse but when it comes down to it in the big games, those that aren't playing will be unhappy.

    Mourinho - Mata & Ba last season.
    Ferguson - Rooney in his last season
    Adkins - yeah give you that one. He could make a whole funeral congregation feel happy.

    I would have as well, except then it's odd to frame it in negative terms.

    I'd be surprised if he was criticising adkins though, having played for him twice.

    edit: i'm going to assume he meant Brendan Rogers, the ugly little troll.

    Should we worry that unlike in the past, players we are rumoured to be after are always being grabbed by the so called "bigger clubs", yet we don't seem to be having similar problems with the two most noted targets?
