Latest I heard (from the YEP?) was that Rossco had indeed told Cellino that he wanted to leave, but he HAD NOT put it in writing, nor has he so far. This would explain Cellino's statement that Ross was not leaving, just as much as the 'negotiating standpoint' suggestion. It will cost Rossco (5% of sale?) to put it in writing, so Cellino is forcing his hand.
