    Yes..I know that. Why's it a foul then? Ibarbo's foot was higher and Fernandinho won it. Oh that's right, it's not a foul. You must be the type that agrees with the referee for the sake of it. Doesn't matter who you are supporting. I want Colombia to win. That wasn't a foul.
