    Fonte seems positive and committed to the club, I think.

    Check his Instagram out, throughout all the Lallana/Shaw/Lambert talk he posted action shots of himself at St. Mary's where everything was 'greyed-out' bar himself in the red and white, tagging messages with hearts and what not.

    He also posted "what if..." when he saw a newspaper article suggesting the Saints players rally together and give it another crack next season.

    Oh and a month or so ago he also posted a photo of himself in stripes with - "Bring back the stripes, what do you think?!" or words to that effect.

    Back to the Pelle pronounciation thing. I just can't get the future Sun headline "Pelle-flop" out of my head. So I think we should pronounce it accordingly, to save those good tabloid journalist men any embarrassment.

    I would say either we've pissed them off by refusing to meet Caulker's release clause OR Vincent Tan is bat **** crazy and thinks they are more attractive than the PL clubs who are sniffing around him.

    Or both.

    On BBC local news: SFC have turned down an offer for Dejan Lovren which is reportedly considerably lower than the 20 million reported.

    Peach and Blackmore saying the same. 'Sky Sources' are the Liverpool Echo - who claim that they offered £20m.

    LFC fan tells me that their Echo are the closest media source to the club and report the word from the club, generally.

    they've included a title win clause again haven't they. Liverpool think they've offered 20m, anyone else thinks half of it is based on unachievable clauses.

    Saints think there should be a surcharge for hurt feelings and fan distress, whereas LFC reckon they should get a reduction for a bulk buy.
