What playmakers!!!!! Carrick and cleverly? See that's the problem these days people think a winger like hazard is a playmaker... Or mata. And so forth I was talking about pirlo, scholes, Alonso even

We've been subjected to 4 tight and at times dull games, Belgium had dross cms at doing much creatively for example... Look at Argentinas midfield behind di Maria and messi as another example... Or the fn state of Brazil

IMO real midfield playmakers are an endangered species with Xavi gone to Middle East and pirlo on a Zimmer frame

P Nev is boring, but I could happily drift off into a coma listening to him. Michael I find actively irritating, his voice makes we want to strangle him. And when he's on the telly, that stupid smug half-smile makes me want to strangle him twice.

To listen to Mikey the manc you need a subscription to BT Sports which is a minimalistic sports channel, BBC Salford snidely unleashed P Neville on an entire nation.<grr>

I have BT broadband so the wonderfullness that is MO is mine at no extra cost.
I agree that it was rather underhand to expose so many people to PNev without adequate warning.

I remember when everyone thought Nevin was dull as ****.
He looks positively excitable in comparison now.

    Well, maybe not.

    Again, not in Germany.

Has Neville done any games since? Haven't noticed him. Not that he'd stick out in any way.

I agree with Saint - Neville just sort of lulls you to sleep, while Own aggravates you as you wait for him to continue his sentence. I remember when he was on MOTD2 and Mark Chapman looked like he wanted slap him and tell him to get on with it.

Though Sakho winning would be better than Netherlands

Just anyone but Brazil, they have been ****ing shocking and have ridden their luck and dodgy officials at least 2 games longer than they have any right to

Bilal Hashmi: "Starting Sakho over Koscielny is a really poor decision by Didier Deschamps. He's been their best defender the past two games."
