Don't suppose anyone's heard owt about anything being close to competed today re Dawson? Or even possibly that club-tease Ince? It's a very quiet Friday so far.
Just been looking around and it seems the informed people at Stoke don't think there's anything in this Ince malarky. In fact, it looks as if someone has made it up and people have gone chucking money at it, which has swung the odds and made it into a story. He'd have been filmed/photo'd/interviewed outside the Brittania long since if it was true anyway.
I think we should make our offer to Ince and say take it or leave it, as his dad seems to be touting round to get the best deal possible, i don't think he is a absolute necessity for our club, seems more interested in the money than who he plays for.

He's a good player. If he comes, great! If he doesn't, oh well. Just because he's looking for the best deal for himself doesn't make him a ****, its exactly what i'd be doing. We shouldn't be bending over for him, but I think people who are saying 'sod him' are a bit rash. He's a decent player to have, he'll be cheaper to buy than he'll ever be, and we do need to thicken out our squad. A lot of fans take it to heart when a player turns us down. It's a bit embarrassing really, as if its on par with a knighthood being able to play for Hull City. If he signs after looking at everywhere else then perhaps he's even more committed than if we were the only ones in for him? Be patient and don't be so quick to get on players backs. Careers can be short, let him do what he thinks is best.

there is still NOTHING on the news collating site about Ince and Stoke , other than the Sentinal reporting a betting change reaction which has so far only one start point - Oatcake forum . It Could be he bookies trying to get some cash back and leaking lies. I love how everyone is judging ince or blaming the club for not being harsher. No one knows what's going on so wind yer necks in!
Chances are if the Stoke thing was correct there would be a photo of him or an interview of him at their stadium. He doesnt seem like the kind of guy who would go there and then not be photographed.
My source is telling me that Dawson will sign on Tuesday 29th July at roughly 4.26pm. And Ince is on his way to Dubai, to discuss a £265k a week contract with Dibba Al-Hisn Sports Club.
