Now I rate Lovren as much as the next man, but are Liverpool seriously thinking of upping their bid beyond the £20m that's already been rejected? They're in danger of splurging all the Suarez money through overpaying for players in the same way they did with the Torres dosh.
I can see da'Pool having a real slump next season a bit like Spurs, where they have genuine talent but it just doesn't click and gel. I hope they enjoy this season in the CL but I think they'll struggle for top4.
