If you do go, you MUST get up early and get to the viewpoint before sunrise. And then you will witness one of the most breathtaking views on the planet.
This is our 2nd trip to Mexico, the first time we went to the Caribbean side and we went to Chichen Itza to see the pyramids and also went to see the ruins at Tulum in Rivera maya, fantastic days out, then friends said how good the pacific side was. So we done some research and now I have to see/ snorkel in the caves of Vallarta
Are you going to do the helicopter trip over them RK? I must agree though they do look stunning and as from now they are on my bucket list
If I could afford it I would. One thing that wasn't there when I went was this: please log in to view this image
Have I just accidentally come across a holiday forum rather than a football one. Guess it's a result of the general boredom we all feel
Cant be many better resons to be cheerful than going on holiday. That said we havent sold anyone today (yet!)
You would never get me on that either. I believe that is on the Indian side...a friend told me that is the best side as it is less commercialised. Wouldn't care myself...just would love to see it, but my days of long distance travel are over. You can take treks in the grand canyon by mule...there was one rather famous mule who liked to stop and look down making the tourist scream. Got to love a mule with a sense of humour.
You've got the north rim and south rim. The skywalk is on the tourist side (would make no sense to have it on the quiet side). I was on the quiet side and stayed in these cabins. It was so nice.
