Is this gonna be our annual "linked to random Swedish league player because of Tord Grip" rumour? I'm still waiting on Kennedy Igboananike.

Gianluca Di Marzio says Saints aren't willing to raise the offer for Livorno striker Paulinho.

Question for you guys: Given their similar age, Paulinho or Pelle?

Pellè, Koeman has at least worked with him before and we've not had great success with Johnny Depp lookalikes...

Paulinho looks like he plays Osvaldo's game but he's got the scoring history of pre-feyenoord Pelle.

I don't think It would have been wise to repeat the osvaldo experiment.

Well he can't cross, so I wouldn't imagine his corners are too good.

I disagree. His crosses we're always to a good area and dangerous, he never sent them to all the way across the field or to the stands. Not having many assists is more likely down to lack of presence in the penalty area, and a bit of bad luck.

And there was that video of him and JWP shooting free kicks and I remember Shaw banged in quite a few.

I knew somebody from the Serie A would want to buy Osvlado. They're buying names there, not players. The likes of Boriello and Matri will alway achieve a good price, no matter how poor they play.

I agree with Dan. Luke Shaw hit the first defender more times than he didn't. He never gets his head up to cross, but that is ok, he is 18/19 and so that can change.
