Why are you trolling this thread and trying to start multiple arguments with people, again, only to claim it wasn't your fault, again? Meh, I'm just gonna ignore any more of your crap in this thread in the hope others do too and we can talk about why meat is fab, and why eating our foods food is nasty.
So me expressing an informed opinion on the subject is trolling, but you spouting your usual brand of tedious snide ****e's constructive? Get ****ed.
It's your inane drivel. I offered an opinion, you came back with spelling errors and mention of work mates.
You haven't expressed an informed opinion, you've stated a common misconception. Someone who clearly knows more on this subject has challenged you, instead of backing down you've dragged it into an inane argument avoiding everything but the actual subject because you don't know enough about it to have a constructive debate.
Someone who claims to work with someone that could know something has posted, I don't see anyone that clearly knows more. If they did, they wouldn't stoop to typo spotting. I even linked to the vegetarian web site. Anyway, before the lab cleaner piped up, I mentioned that generally, vegetarian creatures are dimmer as the food is low in nutrition that they have to eat more of it, so spend most of their time eating or looking for food and less time developing as a species.
Oh come on Stanners, lets have some more details! We were always warned that acid had a habit of coming back on you, years later, any experience in that? Anyone got a dfintive list of the types of tree hugging weirdos? Vegetarians - No Animal meat but can eat fish/eggs etc? Vegan - Nothing that has come at all from an animal? Piscavarian - I just made this up, I think, and like a vegan but eats fish? I never understood why some more militant veggies who are doing it because they deplore animal cruelty (as they see it) yet wear Docs or other leather goods. I know some go all the way and don't but it always makes me laugh that.
I know people that don't eat meat, but don't like to be called vegetarian because of the associated baggage.

Fooking hell, 3 pages already, arguments and talks of chicken dinners on acid lol. Loving this thread. Dr Stan I think I will become a pescthingy like you. I've never took acid so won't try that one if you don't mind.
Interesting. How come we need so much protein then? And where are we supposed to get it if not from meat? Don't vegetarians risk more health issues like anemia (sp.) etc by not getting enough protein? EDIT: Don't think it's anemia actually having googled. My grandparents are vegetarian and cook some decent stuff, but I can't stand **** like Quorn. It doesn't taste like meat at all, it has a weird burny taste in all of its guises and feels like a sponge in your mouth. How can it be healthier to not eat meat though? Is there any science behind that? I'm sure some people just think everything that tastes good is bad for you. Does it? Is this backed up anywhere? We hear this all the time but it's never explained.
I do wonder why some people struggle so much with discussion. It should be about looking at alternative views, but some seem ever so precious and get abusive and obtuse to defend their position. I've never done acid, or many drugs really. I've eaten lot's of meat though, including some really rare stuff in Africa. can't blamne me for all the endangered species for the sake of a few sandwiches though.
