So there were 35 or so where that wasn't the case, presumably plenty of which he made several saves and kept a clean sheet or conceded one. The defence was woeful for a period towards the end of the season too.
He's not a better shot stopper. He is less of a tart and happy to be playing for QPR, two essential qualities in a QPR goalkeeper.
I believe Green kept 19 clean sheets last year. Cesar IS the better goalkeeper, but I'd personally rather have a player who cares in goal than one who doesn't. Hilarious comments in this thread. green is a good, solid keeper.
Well according to Clive's end of term report on Loft for Words Green was motm 3 times last season - Bolton (A), Yeovil (A) and Wigan (H) play off........and he sees a lot more of the R's games than most of us see so I'm quiet happy to take his word for it.....btw he must have watched a different game from you at Yeovil Flyer!!!!!!!
Well I saw two of those, also goalies tend to get motm a lot and 3 out of 48 is A poor return. Of course, that's just our motm is it not? So it would be even less taking into account the opposition. He is terrible value at 40k a week, he's an average champ goalie. Ned motm against Wigan, most of us agreed with that too http://www.getwestlondon.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/qpr-v-wigan-player-ratings-7112021 Yeovil, I'll give you that even though 2 other gots the same mark. http://www.westlondonsport.com/features-comment/yeovil-v-qpr-player-ratings Bolton, I wasn't there but it looks like he was http://www.westlondonsport.com/features-comment/bolton-v-qpr-player-ratings Anyway that's my last post, I hope he's not given a chance to prove me right about not being good enough for the PL.
