I think he'S done alright so far. Not the finished article, but looks promising. Movement and passing would fit in well with us. Alderweirald's looked really good - weren't we linked with him again recently?
Alder would be a solid right back and good cover for centre back. He's defensively solid, but doesn't offer much going forward.
