You appear to want to take everything seriously, therein lies the problem.

You have taken certain parts of my opinion literally, which is quite odd to be fair. If I said Katie Price was a tramp would you have said anything? I used it as an adjective, I wasn't stating he was a homeless vagabond, obviously. You didn't take my lizard-human hybrid adjective literally, I don't actually think there are half human half lizards walking around The Costa Del Sol.

My opinion was of my experience in that area, and how it's changed, your opinion wasn't an opinion it was just a dismissal of my opinion.

Do yourself a favour and stick me on ignore, I doubt I ever post anything remotely serious on here.

Benahavis is class mate, usually. Maybe I just picked a **** day for going up there. My opinion was based on the port area though yeah, you know where I'm on about. Unless I'm just a sucker for over-analysing things, it happens a lot more nowadays since I stopped drinking!

No, I see your point on Banus, it is purely for show a lot of it, most of the bars are ran by Russians, or in massive debt.

You know, one oof my pals works at Ocena, they get a decent salary, about €1400 basic, and they get % of the tables or summat in a lump at end of season, he usually gets about 18k, and goes travelling.

Not a bad life for serving drinks.

I ****ing love Benhavis man, such a beautiful place, we are looking at a townhouse for €180,000, would have been 4 times that 4 years ago, great time to buy over there.

Can buy in Riviera which is very popular for about €60,000, and you'll at least treble that when the country gets on it's feet. Investors dream

No worries mandingo, I know **** all anyhow just ignore me, I can be a proper miserable bastard some times. Nads knows the score with Marbella, I might pick his brains next time I'm gonna head out there so I can avoid the places that I don't like.

To answer your original question by the way... Many times I've seen footballers hanging out their own arses in Manchester, Titus Bramble and Shaun Wright Phillips (together) probably the worst of the lot.

Reminds me of when I was in Vegas, chatting to a hooker whilst I was playing on the slot machines. She told me that on average she earned about $3,500 a night off 2-3 clients and often she'd get a client who would just tip her a $10k chip. She showed me her house and her motor on her phone, a SL63 Black Edition and a giant house. She picked and chose who she slept with and basically only picked hi-rollers.

I told her she was in a decent job, and she told me she wanted to be a waitress at Tryst or Bank, cos some of the waitresses were taking home $140k a month! FFS, that's ridiculous, just for fetching vodka and shot glasses to a table and having a world class set of pins! Guess how many fellas they had 'waiting'... none! Equal opportunities my arse, LV doesn't give a ****!

I might buy a place abroad eventually but her family have loads dotted around so I'm never stuck for a place to go on holiday. Love the idea though, just not the right time for me!

    Sex sells mate, always will!

See, I know I'll go back & live there at some point, facts are average property price is down about 60% on 5 years ago, if it rockets again I'd be in a position that I could only rent, given UK commitments.

It's just someting we're exploring at the minute, but I struggle for reasons not to do it, frankly.

Can't believe he's already on 25k a week. Cheers Bruce and Quinny. Really starting to see how wages have seriously restricted our transfer business in recent seasons. Especially the last summers. 25k a week on the wage bill on a player who barely featured in his first two seasons is 25k a week that could have gone on a first team regular.

The way we've handled contracts has an unavoidable knock on effect for years to come. My worry is how much we'll have to pay Wickham this contract. If he doesn't come good we're going to be stuck with an unsaleable asset on massive wages for the full length of his contract. Something as simple as signing the lad back up is starting to show it's risks.

With Ellis clamping down on wages there's a strong possibility that our offer is miles apart from Connor's demands. With teams throwing money around we have to accept there's a possibility of the lad being sold this window.

30% of this is the Eurozone crisis and the other 30% is Towie's fault!

Do it mate, I would. If I could buy a place in Vale Do Lobo right now I would, love the place. There's a hi-speed rail line being built between London and Manc meaning it'd be quicker to commute from Manchester into central London than it would be to commute from some of the London tube zones. Supposedly running a stop at Didsbury and well the rest is just a no brainer for me.

We were in the middle of the fire aye, the whole area was ruined.

You'd barely no today mate, went up there on last visit and aside from a few trees that still have that weird horror film look to them, the place was almost back to normal.

I've got a really mad photo from above, everything is black, but our urbanization the sprinklers were on so in this 60km stretch of black there's these green lawns, was insane.

We were lucky to get out mate, I had to drive through fire the lot, was a bit Indiana Jones, and not in a good way, I was driving along grabbing people of the street and hoying them in the car, I ended up with about 9 people crammed in the back.

Was terrifying, no 2 ways about it.

Portugal is even cheaper mate, again, it's a great time to look.

I know an agent in Portugal, the quality of the stuff that is going for a pittance is insane, have to say though, both him, and all my pals in Marbella in the property game are making money again now, it's really picking up.

The prices will still low for another year or so like.

There's one I love in VDL that's about 11 million Euros at the minute, if that drops below 60k I'll defo buy it!

Love it round there, they do paella delivery in the big paella pans then they pick the pan up the next day.

If we can tie him down for a few more years (and he continues his form into this season, big ask I know) we could easily be getting huge offers for him this time next year. Just look at Lallana and Shaw.

Don't think the club will hesitate to sell so it's important to get him to sign this summer.

    Haha,

I can imagine the quality of an €11million place there mate, must be incredible!

I do like the thought of paella delivery mind, I've rarely had a bad meal in Portugal, can't say the same for Spain sadly...

My mate's old man has got two worth 10m+ out there, last time I went I stepped on a snake when I was out having a smoke and since then I've never fancied going back to his villa.

Expensive seafood down there though, £150 a kilo last restaurant I went in, the fella next to us payed over 700 Euro for this massive lobster and most of the weight was just the **** you chuck away, he looked livid, proper spoilt kid forcing his dad to pay for the lobster! haha

    Haha,

You get that in these places man, the kid probably doesn't even like seafood, but there's this level of person who WANT their kids to be that way.

You know man, when I have a young un, they will know and appreciate the value of money, ****ing rights they will.

Defo mate, these kids who always get what they want normally end up in all kinds of **** sooner or later, usually when they hit adulthood and daddy can't protect them from big bad men!

My mate's alright, he's from new money so he ain't got a clue, with regards to being a snob.
