I'm well known for taking the pith of an argument.
(Though it might help if you highlighted my entire quote)

Clearly Suarez has some mental issues but unfortunately any attempt to examine them on here will be taken as an attempt to defend him.
Like many extreme traits they can be an advantage in some situations and a liability in others. His ultra competitive nature is what makes him such a good player, imo- however it also manifests itself in unacceptable ways. He needs help to channel his drive down legitimate routes and to control his win-at-all-costs urge.
I believe Liverpool might well have been getting somewhere with him, but I'm afraid he's off now, so we'll never really know.

Eat healthy, exercise, sleep well, keep social is the best you can do. But often that is not enough. Hope all is well for you

50-100 mg of Zoloft (Sertraline) per day will sort that out. <ok>

I get the odd anxiety attack about dying. Its not me that im worried about because ill be dead its more a fear of will my kids be ok when im gone and tbh it can be crippling. Luckily I havent had one for a while and the ones I did get were late at night and didnt affect my job or time with the mrs. and kids.

Sadly... my family would probably be better off without me... at least financially. Got a large life insurance and my wife seems attract rich people.

Health problems curb the life expectancy and/or life quality of the persons who suffer them. The only exception to this simple definition is Mental health, where the person who suffers the problem may be in some cases even too happy to have a problem if you ask him, yet he is a problem to the life quality or expectancy of some of the people around him.

This "happy" person may be a narcissist, a sociopath, a compulsive liar, a physical abuser, and yes, a raging sore-loser. Add to that list serial a*seholery and empathy-deficiency and you can see that mental health is too eager to welcome a very very long list of patients, maybe half of the world. I suggest that a mental health problem exists in these cases only if the culprit consistently affects the life expectancy of others and/or the quality of life of family members and close friends (Giggs, anyone).

The person whose quality of life Suarez's "mental problem" affected was a colleague, Chiellini - who, not being pansy, cleared the air straight away, eagerly accepted the apology and called it "forgotten" i.e. not impinging on his quality of life.

If other people's qualities of life were affected by Suarez's action it was so only indirectly. In these cases the direct culprit was the serial a*seholery of the monkey chorus and that of FIFA's old sons of b*tches. So, I can't even call Suarez a serial a*sehole.

Which ignores the vast numbers of people who suffer from depression in silence and even their nearest and dearest don't know of their problem - until it's too late e.g. Gary Speed.

The only answer to that conundrum , milk is to strike first. Hit her with a hammer and bury her . Coat the hammer and shovel In wd40 first it prevents dna sticking. Then blame the anxiety and call expert witnesses from the "not606 program" if you do get caught.

You dont want rhc defending you though hed be drunk and producing badgers as evidence.

I was addressing the controversial segment of mental health problems affecting only "others".

Would a non-stick pan work as a murder weapon? I wouldn't want to mess up my hammers... but we've got a bunch of non-stick pans that we never use... they're expendable.

See im a non believer in pills ... dont get me wrong they do wonders for some people but the thing is pills are big business. Here have this for your depression but youll need 2 of these for your stomach because the first tablet ****s your stomach. Btw youll need this one before bed as a side effect of the stomach ones is pins and needles and on and on it goes

Pills help with advancing to psychotherapy, often people can't get to that stage and pills can really help, they are not an end to the problem imo, with severe depression or bipolar disorder, which is a big problem here in Finland

I'm not a big believer in pills, myself. But a friend of mine had crippling depression, and SSRIs, like Sertraline, helped him to help himself. He's doing fine now and rarely takes them. <ok>
